How to Create a Team

With Teams, collaboration has never been easier or more accessible. Teams is our prompt library sharing functionality that allows groups to operate using the same set of prompts. Regardless of your AIPRM plan, you can now collaborate seamlessly with your peers, ensuring consistent output regardless of who is using the prompt.

Create Your Team with a List
If you’ve already created a custom list, you can share it with a brand-new team. This is also the easiest way to create a new Team in AIPRM.
Step 1. Click on the 3 dots next to your List.
Step 2. Click ‘Share with Team.’
Step 3. Since this is your first Team, your only option will be to select ‘My First Team.’ Don’t worry, you will be able to edit the Team name once it’s been created.
Step 4. When you click on the 3 dots next to your List again, click ‘Manage Team.’ This will take you to your Team Admin page.
Step 5. Click the 3 dots to the right of the team page and click ‘Edit Team.’
Step 5. Name your Team and add a Team Description.
Now you can begin to add team members and share your list with your team.
Step 6. Click ‘Add User’ to generate an invite link that you can share with your team.
Step 7. Copy the link. Spread the word via email, Slack, social media, or any other communication channel that suits your team’s style.
As your Team Members receive the invite link, they simply need to click on it to accept the invitation.
With a single click, they officially join your team and become part of the mission. Together, you’ll work to create prompts in AIPRM that are specifically aligned with your business goals.
How To Share Private Prompts with Your Team
Let’s say you’ve created a prompt. It’s stored in your “Own” library, but you want to share it with your team. We need to change the privacy setting of your prompt before you can add it to the Team List.
Step 1. Hover over the Prompt Card and select the icon to edit your Private Prompt.
Step 2. Click on the ‘Who can see this?’ drop-down. Select “My Team” as the visibility option.
Step 3. Choose the Team List from the drop-down, and grant exclusive access to your Team Members.
With your team assembled and prompt access granted, it’s time to get prompting.
