Getting Started with AIPRM
Imagine ChatGPT and AIPRM as your company’s secret weapon – ChatGPT is the super-smart, always-on colleague who’s got information on pretty much everything and AIPRM is that colleague who knows how to get things done.
ChatGPT is an AI, which means it’s like a computer brain that’s been trained on heaps of text data, and it’s ready to help you out with whatever you need at work. AIPRM has the instruction manual so it’s not like you’re trying to put together IKEA furniture without your step-by-step guide.
- Crafting a killer proposal?
- Need a hand responding to a tricky customer email?
- Or maybe you’re just looking for a fresh way to organize your team’s project plan?
ChatGPT and AIPRM are your new office buddies that are here to help, no coffee runs required.
But, real talk: while ChatGPT is a wizard with words and a master of many trades, it’s not infallible. Sometimes it might serve up an idea that’s a tad off or not quite right for your biz. It’s a computer, not a human, so think of its input more like friendly suggestions from a well-meaning pal than directives from the boss. AIPRM is the high-tech help every small business employee didn’t know they needed, until now. So, here’s to making your workday a little bit easier and a whole lot more futuristic.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn everything you need to use, manage, and create prompts in AIPRM that you can use with ChatGPT.
We’ll even go into a few of the key power features available on our free and premium plans that you can’t get anywhere else.

Custom Profiles allow you to pre-train ChatGPT by injecting the information into the prompt without needing to find it and pasting it in for every prompt you use.

Live Crawling (Premium)
ChatGPT is trained on data leading up to September 2021. That means that anything that’s been published online since then has not been incorporated into that language model.
While there are plug-ins that can access the web, it’s difficult to target a specific web page.
Link Crawling (available on the Elite Plan and higher) lets you input a specific URL in your prompt, pull in the text content from the website, and include it in ChatGPT’s output.
This extremely useful feature allows you to create better-generated content with ChatGPT:
- Analyze web pages
- Summarize current content on the web
- Repurpose current content for up-to-date social media posts
- Conduct better research
- Access your online reviews for sentiment analysis.
The potential for prompts with Live Crawling creates a wide variety of use cases.

AIPRM Everywhere

Creating AIPRM Prompts
Instead of writing a prompt for ChatGPT on the spot, a pre-built prompt can save you time. ChatGPT cannot read your mind. The more specific and detailed you are with your prompts, the better the output.
Adding clear directions, including all of the context, and explaining what NOT to do, takes time. That’s the appeal of AIPRM’s Prompt Library in the first place.
But you might have specific needs that aren’t covered in the public library. Or perhaps you have a prompt idea unique to your business.
Creating your own custom prompts can give you a competitive edge. It takes time to save time, and prompt engineering is no exception.
We’ve covered the fundamentals of creating a high-quality effective prompt in the past.
For a refresher, check out our inaugural episode of FridAI: How to Write Effective Prompts.
In essence, you need to build out the right elements for ChatGPT:
- Be as specific and literal as possible.
- Provide as much detail as you can.
- Explain the task, each individual step, and the expected output.
- Provide multiple examples of quality output.
- Explain what you ‘don’t’ want ChatGPT to do.
To build your own prompts in AIPRM:
- Click on your ‘Own’ tab towards the top of the screen.
- Click on ‘Add Private Prompt.’
- Fill out the details for your prompt
- Prompt Template
- Teaser (Prompt Description)
- Prompt Hint (What info the user will need to input to execute the prompt)
- Prompt Title
- Topic / Activity / Privacy Level / GPT Model (for discoverability)
- Author Name
- Author URL
- Click Save Prompt
Note: If you want to make your prompt public, you’ll need to ensure it has the [TARGETLANGUAGE] variable. Learn about the requirements for publishing Public Prompts.
Read More: How to Create a Prompt
If you don’t necessarily want to start from scratch, you can clone and edit prompts on the Premium Plans.
Learn how other Prompt Engineers are building their Public Prompts by viewing them and then making a copy for yourself. Within the Prompt Template, you can modify and customize them for yourself.
Read More: How to Edit a Prompt
Now you have everything you need to start capitalizing on the power that AIPRM adds to ChatGPT.
