AIPRM is a Chrome extension. These instructions are for Chrome, but work in compatible browsers like Microsoft Edge or Brave as well.

To remove a Chrome extension, follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the three dots icon located on the top right corner of your browser window.
  3. Select “More Tools” from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on “Extensions.”
  5. A new window will open showing all the installed extensions on your browser.
  6. Find the extension you want to remove and click on the “Remove” button next to it.
  7. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to remove the extension. Click “Remove” again to confirm the action.
  8. The extension will be removed from your browser.

Note: You can also disable an extension temporarily by unchecking the box next to “Enabled.” If you want to re-enable the extension, simply check the box again.

Currently a Google Account is required to use AIPRM.

The most likely reason:

Very often ChatGPT is overloaded due to their sheer success.

ChatGPT is operated by OpenAI Inc. and AIPRM is operated by AIPRM, Corp.

so AIPRM cannot directly influence or help with any outages of ChatGPT or other OpenAI products?

Another possible reasons might be, that your account with OpenAI is not active or was suspended.

As mentioned, AIPRM has not influence on that.

AIPRM has the following types of private lists

  • the standard “Favorites” list,
  • the standard “Hidden” list (available from AIPRM Plus, with 3 private lists in total),
  • and your Custom Lists.

Private Lists are “Favorites”, “Hidden” and any other Custom Prompt Template list you create.

The AIPRM Pro plan has 5 private lists in total, 1 for the “Favorites”, 1 for the “Hidden” and 3 for you to use. If you purchase a 2nd AIPRM Pro plan you get 5 more private lists, so all 5 are for you to use in a total of 8 Custom Lists.

We have received reports from some users who have purchased a BASIC plan and experienced confusion when they were notified that a PLUS or PRO plan is required for certain features.

We have investigated these cases and found that these BASIC plans were successfully purchased and functioning correctly.

Please be advised that if you are attempting to access PRO features, such as:

These features necessitate an active AIPRM PRO plan and are not included in the BASIC plan.

If you are attempting to access PLUS features, such as:

  • Writing Tone
  • Writing Style
  • Hide Prompt Templates

These features necessitate an active AIPRM PLUS plan at least, and and are not included in the BASIC plan.

If you have determined that a different plan is more suitable for your needs, kindly follow our guidelines for upgrading to larger plans.

We would like to emphasize that any plan upgrades or downgrades do not entitle you to a (partial) refund.

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your verification email yet.

First, be aware that the confirmation goes to the Email of your Google Account!

Please check there.

Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes verification emails may be accidentally filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please make sure to check these folders for the email. We try our best to go to your Primary inbox, but that doesn’t work always.
  2. Verify the email address: Double-check that you are looking at the correct email address that you used when signing up - that Google email.
  3. Wait a few minutes: Occasionally, there can be a delay in the delivery of emails due to server issues or high traffic. Please wait for a few minutes and see if the email arrives.
  4. Resend the verification email: If the email doesn’t arrive after waiting for some time, try resending the verification email from the app as shown.

  5. Check for email filters and rules: Ensure that any email filters or rules you have set up in your email client are not preventing the verification email from reaching your inbox.

Remember to be patient and give the email some time to arrive, as email delivery times can vary.

All your “Own” prompts and lists are private by default.

You have to actively set a prompt to “Public” (and follow the Prompt Template Guidelines then) to allow others to access it.

If you don’t check “Share prompt template publicly”, then only you can access it.

If you do check it, then your prompt template is public, visible to 900,000+ users.

Other ChatGPT browser extensions cause conflicts with AIPRM.

We recommend to uninstall all other ChatGPT extensions to use AIPRM.

AIPRM doesn’t support, test or endorse the use of other ChatGPT extensions in parallel to AIPRM.
