Used the wrong Account? How to Disconnect to AIPRM and OpenAI Accounts
Users that connected the wrong Google Account to AIPRM can disconnect the wrong Google account and repeat the connection process.
Step 1 – Disconnect Your Linked Account
Login in to the AIPRM backend at https://app1.aiprm.com/
Click the Disconnect Button
The connection between your (wrong) Google Account and AIPRM will be removed.
No data will be lost.
Step 2 – Check confirmation message
The Success Message MUST be shown.
If you see an error message there, please reload the screen with F5 and retry the Disconnect Button.
Step 3 – Logout of AIPRM
Step 4 – Confirm you are ready to login
You should see the start screen used for Account Linking
DO NOT YET LOGIN
Step 5 – Confirm that the ChatGPT extension is also ready for linking
Go to your second open ChatGPT tab at https://chat.openai.com/chat
You should see the “Connect Message” as shown. Press F5 a couple times over 10-15 seconds if it does not show.
Then click the green CONTINUE
Step 6 – A new tab opens again, now we connect the new accounts
This should again look like in step 4. Now we proceed.
This now the normal Account Linking process, but with your new Google Account.

Any complaints regarding the service ChatGPT can be discussed in the AIPRM Community Forum for that but can only ultimately be solved by OpenAI Inc.
Any purchases made OpenAI Inc. are unrelated to purchases made with AIPRM, Corp. and vice versa.
Upgrade to Bigger Plan – Can I get a (Partial) Refund?
AIPRM offers plan stacking. That makes upgrading specific quotas to fine-tune the exact amount possible. It can help users to minimize any waste or unnecessary expense.
So, for example, if someone needed double the quota of Private Prompts that the AIPRM Plus plan provides, they would not have to upgrade all the way to the AIPRM Pro plan, but could instead stack 2 AIPRM Plus plans, saving 50% of the cost of a Pro Plan for that one feature level they needed (though obviously not getting the extra features that only come with an AIPRM Pro Plan or above, such as custom tone/styles.)
Consequently, we do not follow the typical upgrade scenario where users move from a tiny plan to a small plan, and then to a large plan.
In cases where a user only needs a larger plan and not a smaller one he had before, users must cancel the smaller subscription, and can use it until expiry.
AIPRM does not provide partial or full refunds of any kind, even in this example of “upgrade scenario” with the intention to have only 1 active plan. This upgrade situation is also explained here.
Double Charge in Error (unintentionally signed up 2nd time rule)
It is quite common for AIPRM users to purchase multiple subscriptions to increase their quota. As a result, we do not have an automated monitoring or protection system against double charges, which might be uncommon for other products.
If you unintentionally signed up for a second subscription and notify us within 24 hours of the initial signup, we can make a one-time exception to our no-refund policy and cancel and refund one of the two subscriptions in your account.
Please note that this exception does not apply to cases involving a larger number of subscription purchases or longer delays. Refunds will not be provided in such situations.
This special policy will remain in effect until June 1, 2023.
Can I enter a EU VAT ID for a business? Do you support Reverse Charge?
The EU reverse charge mechanism that requires business to identify as businesses is not implemented or supported due to the highly automated nature of the service.
EU business entities purchasing the Service will be charged their local VAT like consumers and can recover the collected taxes from their local tax authorities based on the VAT invoices issued by the Service Provider.
The idea to reverse tax liability for B2B is well-meant.
The verification of businesses in the European Union (EU) is a highly fragile and immature process that poses significant challenges for companies like AIPRM, Corp. Despite the existence of value-added tax (VAT) identification (ID) API servers, these systems have not proven to be stable or reliable over the years.
One of the most common problems is customers using fake VAT IDs and addresses from other companies to obtain “a better deal.” This deceptive practice not only leads to costly changes but also triggers cross-border tax investigations for even small invoice amounts as low as 20 EUR, causing significant administrative nightmares for sellers, sometimes years later.
Moreover, many customers often neglect to enter their VAT IDs for low-priced purchases, leading to further complications for sellers. This can result in accounting departments requesting changes in invoices for past months, leading to lengthy and costly processes to fix the faulty accounted revenues.
For a highly automated, low-price SaaS business like AIPRM, Corp, such manual interventions are not commercially viable.
While the reverse charge tax scheme is a well-meant option, it is only practical for invoicing on a real B2B level with invoices of tens of thousands of euros, where a couple of hundred manual processing costs are “accepted” but not acceptable. As a result, AIPRM, Corp has made the strategic decision not to offer the “EU reverse charge” tax scheme option for its sales.
The EU’s current verification of businesses and VAT ID system poses significant challenges for companies like AIPRM, Corp. With customers using fake IDs and neglecting to enter their IDs for low-priced purchases, the reverse charge tax scheme is not practical for low-price product sales. Until the EU improves its verification and taxation system, companies will continue to face significant administrative and financial burdens, and AIPRM, Corp will not offer the “reverse charge option” before.
How to combine multiple plans
Looking for higher limits? No problem.
Simply purchase a plan multiple times or mix and match different plans.
With 2x AIPRM Pro, you’ll get 10 Private Lists while maintaining the same 16-item capacity per list.
But here’s the kicker: not all limits are created equal.
For example, the number of “List Items” and “ Upcoming Prompts” take the largest number from your plans, not simply adding quotas together.
On the other hand, the number of Private Prompt Templates and Private Lists are cumulative and can be expanded by purchasing multiple plans.
So go ahead, buy as many plans as you need to meet your goals.
You can also cancel any plan at any time.
A 2nd example:
You want to store 46 Private Prompt Templates. Just a tad more than AIPRM Pro allows.

How can I downgrade to a smaller plan?

Simply click on “Manage” for the subscription you need the invoice for. It’s that easy!
Then you get to the Stripe Billing Portal and can download your Invoice in the Invoice History
Will you refund me if I complain about it in public?
We understand that you might have concerns about our no-refunds policy, but let’s get one thing straight – at AIPRM, we don’t offer refunds.
Now, before you start feeling upset, please know that canceling your subscription is always an option. If our service doesn’t meet your needs, we respect your decision to leave and never come back.
But here’s the thing: we won’t be swayed by threats or complaints from “large communities of users” or “social media influencers”. We’re not going to change our policy just because you’re unhappy. We’ve been around for two decades, and we’ve seen it all. Baseless claims and unfounded accusations won’t change our policy.
And just so you know, even if you cancel your account, we’ll still enforce our Terms of Service. If we find any violations, we’ll take appropriate action.
